The Global Events Partnerships team is part of the Partnerships and Business Development Team. The remit of the team is to build a centralized, scalable Events Partnerships Model that deploys all of ***'s efforts around our event partnerships holistically and intentionally to drive business results and create community connections.
The Senior Programs Operations Manager role is responsible for supporting the partnerships leads on the management and activation of select event partnerships. This role will lead the development of program plans, design select partnership operating systems, deliver the tracking and reporting for event partnerships and support specific strategic initiatives that run across partnerships, such as scaling booking integrations with event partners. As event partnerships and pilot programs become more mature, this role will build out operations and processes to help the team deliver more with less.
