Qualifications
10+ years of nuclear industry experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing nuclear programs.
Deep knowledge of nuclear licensing basis programs such as Fire Protection and Environmental Qualification.
Strong knowledge of NRC regulations and NQA-1 standards.
Responsibilities
Ensure nuclear licensing basis programs are compliant and implementation-ready.
Direct management of two SROs for design integration and operability review.
Coordinate updates with EPCs and licensing.
Drive revisions of operating, emergency, and abnormal procedures.
Identify program-related risks and escalate as necessary.
Skills
