Qualifications

• 10+ years of nuclear industry experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing nuclear programs.
• Deep knowledge of nuclear licensing basis programs such as Fire Protection and Environmental Qualification.
• Strong knowledge of NRC regulations and NQA-1 standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nuclear licensing basis programs are compliant and implementation-ready.
• Direct management of two SROs for design integration and operability review.
• Coordinate updates with EPCs and licensing.
• Drive revisions of operating, emergency, and abnormal procedures.
• Identify program-related risks and escalate as necessary.
