Qualifications

• Associate degree and three years of experience in application programming.
• Substitutions: additional experience may substitute for the required education.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and IS staff to translate business specifications into computer applications and identify programming needs.
• Consult with multiple levels of clients to determine project scope and objectives of systems or programs.
• Develop and maintain automated data processing applications and their documentation.
