Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or co-occurring mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations for CLS/CFS staff and ensure service continuity.
• Hire, evaluate, and provide corrective action or promotions as needed.
• Manage referrals/intakes, staffing coverage, and scheduling to maintain program quality.
• Monitor quality assurance, compliance, and billing processes.
• Develop staff training plans and provide orientation for new hires.
• Engage in outreach and coordinate with other departments to support services.
