Job summary

The Wyss Institute at Harvard University seeks a collaborative Program Manager with strong scientific acumen to oversee complex sponsored awards, manage reporting, budgets, and compliance across multiple teams. You will report to the Principal Engineer-Program Management and work with senior scientists, operations, and administration to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life science, medicine, or engineering.
• Experience managing complex sponsored awards and budgets.
• Strong collaboration across diverse scientific and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level organizational leadership and scientific support to ensure integrated execution of award requirements.
• Serve as primary contact with the funding agency for program activities and reporting.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and governance with Wyss Research Administration.
• Oversee all program reporting, including monthly, annual, and final reports.
