Job summary

Intra Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to manage and integrate master plans and schedules for DOD/DOE programs. You will create IMP/IMS, coordinate multi-schedule implementations, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role trains team members and directs cost and program management efforts, requiring leadership and strong communication under pressure across multiple priorities. Hybrid onsite/remote engagement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in scheduling, specifically in DOD or DOE programs.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, OPP, or MS Project to develop and manage integrated schedules.
• Experience identifying critical paths, EVMS, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Preferred experience with Deltek Cobra and Acumen Fuse.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities.
• DOD or DOE clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and integrate master plans and schedules for DOD/DOE programs.
• Create IMP/IMS for projects and coordinate multi-schedule implementations.
• Train team members and direct cost and program management efforts.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and subcontractors.
