Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across capital projects for the owner or EPC. You will establish the quality management system, lead Project Quality Managers, and oversee supplier and contractor qualification.

The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a strong plus, with executive-level communication and the ability to stop work when necessary.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• Proven track record in audits and regulatory reviews
• Experience with supplier/contractor qualification and procurement quality
• Executive-level communication and decision-making under pressure
• Experience in regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal)

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; report quality performance to leadership
