Job summary

State of Wisconsin’s Department of Children and Families, Division of Milwaukee Child Welfare, BRAP, is seeking an Advanced Program and Policy Analyst in Milwaukee. You will evaluate, monitor, and provide direction to program partners and service providers to coordinate child welfare programs and measure effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex program and policy evaluation, development and implementation.
• Community engagement experience with positive relationship building.
• Experience interpreting data and research reports.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, monitor, and provide direction to ongoing program partners and service providers to aid coordination of child welfare programs and performance measures.
• Assist with data collection, evaluation, and program maintenance; determine outcomes and align with quality improvement plans to enhance safety, stability, and well-being.
• Serve as a liaison to contracted child welfare agencies to ensure coordinated delivery of services and address system-wide issues.
