• Oversee committee formation, expert engagement, and appointment materials.

• Provide scientific leadership for research, analysis, and written products.
• Support report development, review, and dissemination to stakeholders.
• Lead communications and external engagement for the project.
• Manage project staff, budgets, and sponsor relationships.
• Contribute to portfolio development and new funding opportunities.
