Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Two years of related professional experience required.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research and analysis to support the DRIs project.
• Identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes information from scientific literature, data sources, and other relevant materials.
• Develops research methodologies and prepares project outlines.
• Summarizes findings for reports, fact sheets, presentations, and other project deliverables.
• Verifies references and validates factual content in reports and supporting materials.
• Performs targeted literature searches and manages systematic literature searches and reference libraries.
• May conduct basic statistical analyses.
• Works closely with senior staff, volunteers, sponsors, and external stakeholders to ensure project success and convening activities.
• Prepares agendas, briefing materials, meeting summaries, and coordinates meeting logistics.
• Documents key discussions and action items; assists with meeting proceedings and deliverables.
• Maintains project databases and records per procedures.
• Supports compliance with policies including FACA and GBPAC processes when applicable.
• Drafts, edits, and summarizes technical materials and reports.
• Prepares tables and summaries from literature for committee review.
• Reviews materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Incorporates feedback to improve publications.
• Maintains bibliographic and analytical databases.
• Documents methodologies, data sources, and supporting materials.
• Prepares and formats databases for data collection and reporting.
• Responds to inquiries from sponsors and stakeholders; supports outreach and relationship-building.
