The Selling Partner Services (SPS) team operates the business, technology and seller services that make Amazon the best place on Earth for 3rd party sellers to start and grow a global business. The WW FBA Returns team leads strategies and initiatives focused on reducing FBA returns to protect the customer experience, helping sellers to reduce returns, and enabling seller success by improving the quality of their listings and products.
The team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Management leader to define the strategy and drive the execution of a roadmap for returns reduction targeting key areas of focus for FBA's growth. This leader will collaborate with teams across multiple organizations and be responsible for identifying high impact opportunities, generating actionable insights, defining clear problem statements, tracking impact of initiatives, identifying risks, and defining mitigation plans.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
