The role focuses on standardizing job architectures, documenting role expectations, and developing onboarding playbooks to improve workforce readiness.

The successful candidate will partner with Data Center Delivery, HR, L&D and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in how work is performed while maintaining a positive employee experience

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Program Manager (IC4) to join the Workforce Strategy & People Operations team supporting Data Center Infrastructure. This role is responsible for driving workforce standardization initiatives that enable consistency, operational excellence, and organizational scalability across Oracle's global data center portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead enterprise-wide programs focused on standardizing job architectures, defining and documenting role expectations, developing playbooks, and improving onboarding and workforce readiness across the Delivery organization. This individual will collaborate closely with leaders across Data Center Delivery, Human Resources, Learning & Development, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistency in how work is performed while supporting a positive employee experience and organizational health.

This role requires exceptional program management skills, executive communication abilities, organizational agility, and the capability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. The successful candidate brings a proactive, “do what it takes” mindset—willing to pitch in wherever needed, adapt quickly to evolving priorities, and mobilize programs in response to high-priority business needs.
