GTI Fabrication is a contract manufacturing partner serving renewable energy, power, infrastructure, and industrial systems. We are seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee customer programs, ensure on-time delivery, and drive program profitability across multiple departments.

Qualifications

8+ years of project experience in manufacturing electro-mechanical systems.
Experience with Engineered to Order or New Product Introduction processes.
Proficient with MS Office; exposure to scheduling software.
Experience with CAD, 3D modeling, and SolidWorks.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own the entire book to bill process for a specific customer order.
Track and report progress of cross-functional teams.
Drive communication to successfully launch and maintain production.
Manage the phase gate release process for each new product in a customer’s portfolio.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop build plans.
Interface with customers’ technical teams to determine designs.
Control project costs by approving expenditures and administering contracts.
