Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a senior Program Manager for on-site work at MacDill AFB, Florida. The role requires extensive experience in managing project operations, cost, schedule, performance, and risk across complex programs, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred, and a TS/SCI CI POLY clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the labor category with at least a portion in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category; Masters’ degree preferred.
• Security clearances: TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met and resources are utilized effectively.
• Maintains proper relationships between customers and project teams.
• Identifies/mitigates cost, schedule, performance and risk across systems, tools, equipment, software and facilities; resolves production-related problems.
