Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 5+ years in program/project management (Agile).
• CSM certification or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Kanban boards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple government projects.
• Monitor cost, schedule, risks, and program/project execution.
• Assist in budget and financial analysis, and development schedules.
• Track requirements and provide status updates to leadership.
• Provide risk analysis and issue escalation as needed.
• Coordinate with PM offices and OT&E to ensure milestones.
• Prepare monthly status reports with inputs from JCWA/JIO/JCC2/UP.
• Develop ROM estimates for capability solutions for acquisition.
• Gather and track stakeholder requirements.
