Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple government projects in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor cost, schedule, risks, and execution while interfacing with government leads and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in an Agile environment, a CSM or equivalent certification, and proficiency with JIRA and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years PM experience in an Agile environment.
• CSM certification or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience designing and maintaining Kanban boards for workflow.
• Proficient with JIRA and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple government projects, tracking cost, schedule, and risks.
• Develop schedules, track requirements, monitor risks, and produce Monthly Status Reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and PM offices to ensure milestones are met.
• Provide risk analysis and issue escalation for assigned projects.
• Utilize JIRA to monitor program progress and ROM estimates.
