Amazon's Middle Mile is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own and manage trailer uptime across the Middle Mile fleet, partnering with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure reliable service and strong customer experience.

You will develop and execute cost optimization initiatives, manage pricing with vendors, and drive spend efficiency while operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a highly entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
