Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholders.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and operational transformation.
• Practical experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to improve business work and outcomes.
• Strong financial and data literacy with ability to build clear analyses and communicate implications.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and tools like Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Visio, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.
• Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery environments.
• Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for project teams and senior leaders.
• Support annual and long-range strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, quality, cost, and user experience through automation and AI.
