Qualifications

Proven success leading complex programs with clear outcomes and governance.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation.
Practical use of AI/automation to improve business work and outcomes.
Strong financial/data literacy; able to build clear analyses.
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency; Excel is essential; familiarity with Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product developments and business transformation initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery environments; adapt approach to work.
Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for sponsors, governance and senior leadership.
Develop tools and dashboards with Finance for day-to-day support and reporting.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve cycle time, cost, and scalability using AI/automation.
