Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management within the THV Commercial PMO. You will lead cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization, driving risk, scope, and stakeholder alignment in a regulated medical device environment.

The role demands strong leadership, formal PM experience (PMP preferred), and excellent communication. You’ll manage large-scale projects, mentor PMs, and own continuous improvement initiatives across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 10+ years of project/program management experience
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred; PMP or PgMP preferred
• Experience with PMO, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level milestone plans and manage program change control
• Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide projects and coordinate resources
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and communications
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO and identify process improvements
• Mentor project managers and guide contract resources tied to programs
• Ensure timely project closure and capture lessons learned
