Job summary

Galderma, a leader in dermatology, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Therapeutic Dermatology in Boston. You will lead global drug development programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage budgets to drive breakthrough therapies for patients.

Applicants should have 8+ years in pharma/Life Sciences and 3+ years in drug development project management, with strong communication and negotiation skills. PMP is desirable; English required; US-based work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of pharma or life-sciences project experience.
• 3+ years in drug development project management.
• NDA/BLA/MAA filings knowledge desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management leadership for global drug development programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, regulatory, quality, MS&T and commercial.
• Develop integrated global plans, budgets and resource plans.
• Prepare status updates and risk assessments for senior leadership.
