As a Senior Program Manager - Technical Support Transformation here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage technical support transformation programs and global design model deployments, driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
You will report directly to the Sr. Director for Technical Supportand L&E based in Atlanta and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell’s technical support operations by overseeing transformation projects, ensuring alignment with global standards, and deploying innovative design models that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
