Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience leading complex projects and programs.
• Expertise in project lifecycle management (initiation through closure).
• Portfolio and program management experience.
• Scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and project resources.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic planning and execution.
• Business case development and decision-making support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Projects and Strategic Initiatives (multiple projects under portfolio).
• Manage large-scale projects or portfolios from concept through implementation and post-launch review.
• Drive governance and execution plans; align with organizational goals.
• Oversee budgets, resources, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Identify risks and mitigations; implement contingency plans.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track progress with KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Mentor project team members and drive continuous improvement.
