Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management (PMO experience is key)
• Strong infrastructure or enterprise tech program background
• Comfortable in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments
• Experience with Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
• Strong communicator who can simplify complexity quickly
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a CTO Tech Resiliency program within the PMO framework
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment
• Ensure governance, risk, and delivery standards are followed without slowing momentum
