Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex capital programs across sites, defining objectives, budgets, and schedules.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and R&D to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and value realization. You will establish governance cadences, manage risks, and report program health to executives, supporting operational readiness and change adoption while prioritizing safety and compliance

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required.
• 6+ years experience in engineering, project management, program management, and/or technical leadership across multiple sites preferred.
• Demonstrated success in project/program management execution with governance, risk, and roadmaps; familiarity with Agile/ Scrum beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex capital programs from requirements through execution, commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Define program objectives, scope, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Develop integrated program roadmaps with workstreams, milestones, dependencies and decision points.
