Description

Sub-Same Day is seeking a Sr. Program Manager with a proven track record in delivery and program management to lead a complex, cross-organizational building design initiative for our faster-than-Same Day fulfillment centers. A strong understanding of fulfillment operations, engineering product solutions, and long-term planning are essential for delivering innovations. This role is critical in designing future building solutions for the Sub-Same Day business, requiring ownership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence. The role involves scoping complex solutions, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating effectively with senior management to accelerate business progress.

Key job responsibilities

• Driving innovation to improve under-the-roof processes and reduce costs in our fulfillment and delivery network.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and standardize complex projects aligned with 2025 cost and quality goals.
• Analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global operational standards.
• Addressing operational barriers by understanding root causes and driving opportunities.
• Developing best practices for internal operations.
• Using analytics to support future business strategies.
