The Senior Program Manager, SRS, will drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives to modernize repository processes and improve operations, quality, and scalability. Based in the United States, this role partners with Operations, Informatics, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from planning through implementation.
• Experience with automation, laboratory operations, or life sciences environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, change control, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with software, laboratory informatics, or related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from concept through implementation, aligned with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive program plans with milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, budgets.
• Partner with operations and leaders to identify process improvements and scalability.
• Apply Lean principles to streamline workflows and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Translate needs into clearly defined functional and system requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate, prioritize, test, validate, and implement new technologies.
• Establish program governance with schedules, milestones, risk management, and status reporting.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans and escalation when needed.
• Ensure automation changes are tested and validated prior to implementation.
• Develop change-management strategies across repository teams.
• Facilitate Lean workshops and Kaizen events; use metrics to sustain gains.
• Define delivery timelines for technology-enabled solutions and maintain stakeholder communication.
