Job summary

Aether Aerospace seeks a Senior Program Management and Acquisition Support (PM&AS) to lead and integrate highly classified space programs at Space RCO, Kirtland AFB, NM. The role demands expert program management, SETA collaboration, and proven success delivering complex DoD/IC systems within fast-paced teams.

Expect challenging assignments and direct interaction with leadership. The ideal candidate holds TS/SCI with SAP eligibility, an MA/MS, and at least a decade of DoD/IC acquisition

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility; willingness to sit for CI Poly.
• Master's degree (MA/MS) required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven DoD and/or IC system development and transition acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in SAP/SCI, with the last year within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Serves as program advisory lead for high-visibility and time-critical programs.
• Supports government program managers across all phases: requirements development, design, development, integration, test, delivery, fielding.
• Assists with acquisition planning, market research, and drafting technical requirements and documents.
• Supports strategy development and documentation for systems acquisition.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs and objectives.
• Assists in assessing technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of deliverables and supports reviews.
• Briefs complex ideas clearly to management and senior government leadership.
• Coordinat­es with SETA/FFRDC partners to provide advice and resolve issues.
• Manages multiple projects to ensure coordinated execution with optimal resource use.
• Drafts, reviews, and edits final program reports and briefings.
