Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Camden, AR is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Program Manager to lead production solid rocket motor and warhead programs. The role spans planning, execution, strategy, and coordination across production, supply chain, and customer teams.

You will drive cost, schedule, and technical performance, manage budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries. Some travel required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program scope, schedules, and budgets consistent with contract requirements.
• Coordinate internal IPTs across functions to ensure clear communication and planning.
• Direct program management for production SRM and warhead programs and coordinate with customers during reviews for proposals and execution.
• Support capacity expansion, tooling, and obsolescence planning to improve deliveries.
• Develop follow-on production plans including proposals, submittals, negotiations, and definitization.
• Drive cost, schedule, and technical performance improvements.
• Manage outside suppliers and subcontractors to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries and effective use of PM tools.
• Understand DPAS regulations and Earned Value Management System practices.
• Travel up to 25% to other L3Harris and customer sites.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
