Job summary

Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company with a remote-first approach, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, architecture, and product teams.

You will drive multi-team delivery, coordinate PMs, architects, team leads and external stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate technical discussions, and support large-scale product releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Ability to discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ownership, accountability, independence, and influence without direct authority.
