Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing complex technical projects incl. Ship Change Documents (SCDs).
• 5 years managing engineering functions for US Navy steam propulsion systems.
• Experience with US Navy technical procedures and cross-agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and logistics for steam systems on Navy vessels and facilities.
• Coordinate with Naval commands and other government organizations to ensure readiness and safety.
• Oversee implementation of propulsion system programs and ESLP/maintenance initiatives.
