Job summary

You will be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance while coordinating contract negotiations and customer interactions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus extensive progressive leadership experience in shipbuilding or defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 8+ years of progressive program management or supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Manages cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and leads reviews.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes.
• Allocates resources and resolves problems to meet contract requirements.
