Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and develop them for future growth within the discipline and firm.
• Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) activities.
• May participate in professional association and societies, attend conferences, contribute to papers.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Lead complex programs and align multidisciplinary teams to achieve client objectives.
