This client-facing role provides leadership for successful program delivery, establishes direction, mentors project managers and staff, and maintains trusted client relationships while supporting business development and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Mentor more junior staff and develop them for future growth.
• Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) activities.
• Attend conferences and contribute to papers.
• Perform other duties as required.
