You will organize program objectives, manage budget constraints, staffing, and schedules while interfacing with Government customers for direction and progress reporting.

The role emphasizes driving strategic planning, risk management, and contract review to ensure successful mission outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a program manager role.
• Understands requirements, environmental factors, activities, constraints, risks, and motivations impacting the program.
• Experience leading and managing a workforce to implement technical solutions and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplined team to design, implement, and sustain software applications.
• Coordinate objectives, budget, staffing, and schedules across the program.
• Serve as primary interface to Government customer to receive direction and report progress.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and support the client’s mission.
