Job summary

US Army Corps of Engineers seeks a senior Program Manager and National Account Manager to exercise leadership and control over assigned programs and initiatives across diverse regions. The role covers complex Military Design and Construction programs with accountability for cost and schedule.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, analyzing program data, advising divisions on execution metrics, managing funds and directives, and ensuring policy alignment and enterprise-wide program

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in senior program management of multi-regional built infrastructure programs.
• Ability to allocate design and construction funds and review program execution plans.
• Experience interpreting congressional appropriations and statutory language.
• Proven ability to establish enterprise-wide program management policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior Program Manager and National Account Manager with control over programs and initiatives.
• Oversee complex Military Design and Construction programs across regions.
• Review reports, analyze design/construction data, and resolve engineering and execution issues.
• Provide technical advice on program execution metrics and project management.
• Manage funds, spend plans, and construction directives; allocate military construction funds.
• Interpret organizational policy for military construction programs and ensure cost/schedule reasonableness.
