Amazon's Middle Mile team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive utilization of the Middle Mile Transportation network and deliver high-impact cross-functional programs. You will partner with technical teams, manage stakeholders, and operate with autonomy in a startup-like environment.

You will develop strategy, set objectives, analyze data, and communicate results to senior leadership, while overseeing risks and coordinating resources across teams and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with significant impact.
• Develop overall program strategy and drive teams to deliver across organizations.
• Define mission, objectives and analyze data to drive improvements with metrics.
• Navigate ambiguous environments and coordinate cross-team resources.
• Partner with customers and engineering teams to set project priorities.
• Oversee cross-team gaps and mitigate long-term risks in processes and systems.
• Communicate with executives and business leaders on progress and outcomes.
• Develop KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
