Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years in large-scale program administration required.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/management role.
• Master's preferred; Doctorate substitutes for experience.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/Medical Assistance policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage OES within the Health Care Financing & Medicaid Administration.
• Oversee eligibility operations, systems, regulation and policy for Medicaid/MCHP.
• Develop and implement statewide eligibility programs and staff training.
• Coordinate across CMS, MCOs, DHS and health exchanges to ensure performance.
• Ensure accuracy, enrollment and renewal efficiency for members.
