Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Specialist - Program Management to coordinate sourcing, quotations, warehouse logistics, and vendor relations for complex programs. You will support contracts and ensure compliance while partnering with sales and operations to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4-7 years program management experience or related experience in supporting large programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Sources materials, pricing decisions per contract, with sales and operations teams.
• Collaborates with engineering, purchasing on the customer side, vendors, and outside sales to quote accurately.
• Manages customer owned inventory and ensures shipment before new inventory is brought in.
• Plans and controls the flow of orders to warehouses for timely shipments.
• Provide quarterly pricing for contract business and validate SPAs with vendors.
• Manages batches of orders and ensures data integrity in internal systems.
• Expedites material with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manages bills of materials for customers.
• Contributes ideas to improve departmental efficiency.
