The role provides leadership for program delivery, maintains client relationships, and supports business development through proposals and pursuits, while mentoring staff to advance program management excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent.
• 15 years of related experience in program management or similar roles.
• Travel frequency of 60–90% may be required depending on duties.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Mentors more junior staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm.
• Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) activities.
• Attend conferences, contribute to papers, etc.
• Performs other duties as required.
