Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs across diverse markets. You will align multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and deliver exceptional client value through trusted relationships and strategic guidance.

You will mentor staff, support business development efforts, and participate in industry activities while traveling as needed to client sites. A PE license and DBIA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 15 years related experience.
• Willing to travel up to 60-90% as needed.
• Domestic and international travel may be required.
