Job summary

Puyenpa Services LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager, IDIQ for an upcoming proposal supporting the F-35 JPO Security Services Contract. This full-time, 40-hour role is located in Arlington, VA and requires active DoD Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the stated or related discipline from an accredited college or university; or Bachelor's with 4+ years of related experience.
• At least ten years of program-management experience.
• At least five years of supervisory experience.

• Experience overseeing contractor personnel across multiple task orders.
• Experience preparing and delivering flag-officer-level briefings.

• Ability to fulfill IDIQ requirements independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job description

Puyenpa is seeking a Senior Program Manager, IDIQ for an upcoming proposal supporting the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Joint Program Office (JPO) Security Services Contract. This key position will provide senior-level leadership, contract-management oversight, and coordination across an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract and its associated task orders. The Program Manager will be responsible for independently executing assigned IDIQ Performance Work Statement requirements and overseeing contractor personnel supporting individual task orders. The selected candidate must be prepared to work on high-visibility or mission-critical program activities and perform the full range of senior-level functional duties. This position is located in Arlington, VA and is structured as a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role. An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required

This is a proposal position and is contingent upon contract award, customer approval, and final staffing authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and independent leadership for activities associated with IDIQ.
• Oversee contractor personnel supporting all other task requirements under each individual task order.
• Direct and coordinate program activities to support successful execution of contract and task-order requirements.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to contractor personnel assigned across program functional areas.
• Serve as a senior-level interface with Government leadership and other authorized program stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver briefings for flag-officer-level and senior-level audiences.
• Apply knowledge of the Department of Defense 5000 Series and DoD acquisition processes to assigned program-management responsibilities.
• Coordinate task-order staffing, priorities, deliverables, and performance across contractor teams.
• Monitor execution of assigned work and elevate issues requiring senior-level attention.
• Support effective communication and coordination among Government representatives, contractor leadership, functional leads, and task-order personnel.
• Ensure personnel supporting the program possess and maintain the security clearances required by applicable task orders.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in the stated or related discipline from an accredited college or university; or
• Bachelor's degree in the stated or related discipline plus four additional years of work experience related to the labor-category functional description in place of a Master's degree.
• At least ten years of experience performing work related to the program-management labor-category functional description.
• At least five years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to perform senior-level duties independently on high-visibility or mission-critical programs.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing contractor personnel supporting multiple task orders or comparable program activities.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering flag-officer-level briefings.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with senior Government or executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the DoD 5000 Series and DoD acquisition processes.
• Ability to comprehensively and independently fulfill requirements associated with IDIQ.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities and coordinate work across diverse functional teams.
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• Will be required to sign Letter of Intent.
