Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a strategic Product Manager to oversee the Gold Card Program, communicating priorities and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization. You will lead cross-functional efforts to align clinical, consumer experience, and software initiatives with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in product development/management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive program development across multiple market segments and product types.

Qualifications

• Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead long term program development and enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into the program, including consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science.
• Support the integration of the program across all business units.
• Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services to ensure optimal behavior change outcomes.
• Support in the financial analysis of the program performance while ensuring strategic plans have documented value propositions and financial performance parameters.

Position Purpose: Oversight of our national Gold Card Program ensuring effective performance and communication of strategic priorities and outcomes with stakeholders.

Key Details: Lead the strategy and growth of our national Gold Card Program designed to simplify utilization management for eligible providers. Drive innovative initiatives that streamline provider interactions, enhance the provider experience, and support more efficient healthcare delivery. Partner across clinical, operational, regulatory, and technology teams to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the national Gold Card Program.
• Identify opportunities to simplify provider interactions and improve healthcare delivery through innovative approaches to utilization management.
• Drive adoption and expansion strategies across multiple products and markets.
• Oversee outcomes related to provider experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and business value.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging regulations, and best practices related to utilization management and provider burden reduction to inform program operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $134,600.00 - $249,000.00 per year
