Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a strategic Product Manager to oversee the Gold Card Program, communicating priorities and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization. You will lead cross-functional efforts to align clinical, consumer experience, and software initiatives with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in product development/management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive program development across multiple market segments and product types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product development/management or related experience.
• Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead long term program development and enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into the program, including consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science.
• Support the integration of the program across all business units.
• Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services to ensure optimal behavior change outcomes.
• Support in the financial analysis of the program performance while ensuring strategic plans have documented value propositions and financial performance parameters.
