Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional updates across offices and time zones. You will ensure delivery milestones are met and align stakeholders to project goals.

The role sits within the Machine Operations and Deployment Engineering (MODE) team, overseeing compute and storage builds from order creation to deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, or data center operations.
Experience analyzing data and creating reports with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Own on-time delivery performance of compute and orders.
Drive efforts to improve efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability and on-time delivery.
Communicate health, status and actions to stakeholders including product areas, management, and partner organizations.
Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries.
Oversee and ensure successful execution and delivery of plans and strategies. Troubleshoot issues, identify risk areas, and develop mitigation strategies.
