Qualifications

• PMP and/or Agile certification, and CSM.
• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or projects in financial services or banking.
• Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Proven track record of delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develops overall project strategy in partnership with the portfolio lead and stakeholders.
• Creates holistic project plans across business lines, technology and vendors.
• Organizes project teams and determines resource requirements to ensure success.
• Develops project budgets and reports actuals with finance.
• Monitors and reports status with clear issue and risk reporting.
• Prepares executive materials for steering committees.
• Directs vendor resources and ensures quality of work.
• Acts as liaison among cross-functional leadership teams.
• Adheres to EPMO policies and procedures.
