This role requires a master's in business, a robust DoD acquisitions background, and a proven ability to manage large, diverse teams while ensuring effective guidance across program management, systems engineering, and financial management.

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
• Ten years' experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics.
• Three years' experience with SAP/Navy ERP.
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000 series requirements.
• Ability to lead large, diverse teams.
• Capable of guiding program management, systems engineering, major acquisitions, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Serve as the primary interface with Government program authorities on technical and program issues.
• Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.
• Manage acquisition and employment of program and project resources.
