The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $138,000 and up to $190,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. • Be self-driven and drive end‑to‑end ownership of cross‑cutting strategic, cross‑functional projects and programs in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, partnering with stakeholders to mitigate issues before they impact outcomes.
  • Build influential big picture storylines and communicate these narratives to build buy‑in, adoption and drive results
  • Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to drive accountability, accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives
  • Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve program management workflows, decision‑making, communication, and team effectiveness.
To thrive in this role, you have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C‑Suite and Senior leaders across different teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing
  • Demonstrated success in highly cross-functional settings and ability to thrive in influence without authority environments
  • Skilled at managing change and multiple workstreams at once
  • Ownership mentality, with the ability to identify and solve challenges independently and execute with minimal guidance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and multi-workstream management skills
  • Eagerness to leverage AI to enable you & Chime to work smarter, faster and more efficiently
  • You might have an MBA, PMP or experience working in Fintech
