Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep embedded software experience to oversee programs for MCU, DSP, and SoC products.

You will lead programs across firmware, Linux/Zephyr stacks, device drivers, ROM/boot software, BSPs, and SDKs while collaborating with Linux Factory, ROM, Security, and Unified SDK teams. The role demands strong technical analytics, leadership, and global teamwork, with travel allowed.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of hands‑on Program Management experience in embedded software or semiconductor development.
• Experience in semiconductor industry required.
• Strong foundation in firmware, Linux, Zephyr, drivers, ROM and boot software.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive large‑scale embedded software and platform enablement programs.
• Lead Agile program execution across firmware, Linux, Zephyr, ROM, security, and hardware teams.
• Coordinate with multiple software platforms and product teams to optimize reuse and time‑to‑market.
• Proactively identify risks in embedded software, silicon‑software integration, and open‑source dependencies.
• Provide clear program reporting to engineering leadership and executive stakeholders.
