You will align discipline priorities, identify shared capability needs, and coordinate planning through customer rollout. This role requires strong executive communication, the ability to translate strategy into roadmaps, and collaboration across Product, Content, Engineering, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-functional programs across product, content, technology, and commercial teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into coordinated portfolios and roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in matrixed organizations with distributed authority.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio view across disciplines to align priorities.
• Coordinate planning and capability rollouts across Higher Education.
• Define objectives, track outcomes, and measure business impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Facilitate decisions and align stakeholders on path forward.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through delivery, launch, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Remove blockers and ensure work aligns with strategic goals.
