Job summary

Auria Space is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will lead overall program execution, communication, and delivery while assisting the Program Manager. This role is primarily remote with preference given to candidates in Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, or Washington DC. Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in managing complex DoD projects and Agile methodologies expertise. The position offers a salary between $140,000 and $160,000, along with generous benefits including PTO, 401(k) match, and educational support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year DoD/federal projects.
• Expertise managing programs under Agile methodologies with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading overall program execution, communication, and delivery.
• Own and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Identify, assess, and manage technical, schedule, and programmatic risks.
• Regularly provide clear progress reporting.
